Competition: the iCasque vlog!
6 min. read
After the "Challenge" and the "Tutorial", the Vlog #iCasque from January 31 to March 31, 2016 is here. This 3rd YouTube contest for the motovlog community is simply enormous!!
As you know, iCasque has decided to support motovloggers, notably through various partnerships with French riders @KIKANINAC, @Silk_722, @MonsieurMarty and @VoleurdeCuivre, as well as the Belgian @qwertyjulien and the English @Premises187. We are delighted to have been the first to trust this family of helmeted riders equipped with a camera and our association, which in our opinion perfectly matches our vision of motorcycling and its needs. We speak openly and simply about everything.
Since then, many of you have been contacting us every day. Unfortunately, even though we continue to strongly believe in the future of motovlogging, we cannot respond favorably to each and every one of you... but we have still racked our brains. Yes, it happens.
Not having a YouTube channel yet (it's a scandal!) to showcase our equipment, three alternatives presented themselves to us. Doing it ourselves (quickly ruled out, Fred is lazy), outsourcing it to a traditional presenter, or once again relying on the motovlog family. The last option seemed the most sensible to launch our #iCasque YouTube channel.
So, we are going to do it with you, and our selection process will take place through "The ICASQUE VLOG" YouTube contest. Our future #iCasque YouTube channel will focus mainly on gear reviews, so you will need to present a motorcycle piece of equipment of your choice in 3 minutes.
You have complete freedom on how to present.
However, you will need to create a 10 to 15-second jingle before starting your gear presentation (helmet, gloves, jacket, boots...). The best jingle will, moreover, be rewarded with a prize (a €100 equipment bonus) and will be reused on all videos published on our future channel.
Your video must not exceed 3 minutes, jingle included, and you will have to appear at least once wearing the iCasque t-shirt that will be given to you upon validation of your registration.
So, to summarize, it could look like this:
Condition no. 1: Return your signed registration form to us to validate your participation in the iCasque vlog. Request it at the following email address: frederic@icasque.com
Condition no. 2: Have a YouTube channel.
Condition no. 3: Present your 3-minute vlog in a video, including the creation of a 10 to 15-second jingle: Example "The #iCasque vlog: Scorpion Exo 1200 Air helmet presentation"
Condition no. 4: Publish your video on your channel with the following title (Example): "The #iCasque vlog: Scorpion Exo 1200 Air helmet presentation"
Condition no. 5: And finally, to make a long story short, send us the link to your vlog on social media via Twitter or Facebook before Thursday, March 31, 2016.
As with the previous YouTube contests, the first 6 will be rewarded with vouchers worth €1500, €1400, €1300, and 3 of €1200 respectively. Finally, the jingle prize will be worth €100 to be used on your website www.icasque.com
But above all, the 6 best vloggers will have the opportunity to be featured on our YouTube channel. However, this selection is subject to the quality of the Vlogs received.
You will find all the information in your registration form.
I think it's time to give it your all to win the holy grail and ride for free, every rider's dream!
