Evolution of the famous NXR, the NXR2 is the first Shoei helmet to meet the new ECE 22-06 standard.

Compact and sleek design, aggressive side line, the NXR2 is the perfect compromise between sportiness and comfort. It will accompany you as well on the road as on the track.

Among its technical improvements, note its aerodynamic performance, with a 6% reduction in lift and a 4% reduction in drag compared to the NXR. Its integrated spoiler, air intakes, and strategically shaped scoops enhance the dynamic character of this full face helmet NXR2 with outstanding performance.

Its new "CWR-F2" visor, with a 2D shape, optimizes optical characteristics through its curvature and thickness to reduce distortion. It features reinforced areas on its upper and lower parts to increase rigidity. The locking system located at the center of the visor reduces the risk of accidental opening during high-speed driving. It is compatible with the new Pinlock Evo DKS-304, and comes standard with the Pinlock®Evo, which has been redesigned to offer a wider field of vision.

In terms of ventilation, a new system with resized and repositioned air intakes improves air flow and overall helmet aerodynamics: the lower ventilation has been redesigned to accommodate the new visor, the top vents have been improved for greater riding comfort, especially in sport riding, and the front ventilation has been relocated with an additional air intake channel to increase the amount of air entering the helmet.

Its "Multi-Ply Matrix AIM+" shell, exclusive to Shoei and available in 4 sizes, combines a layering of 6 layers of impact-absorbing fibers made of glass fiber and lightweight, high-performance organic fibers, providing optimal shock absorption, resistance, and elasticity. Its multi-density EPS liner, which uses different densities of expanded polystyrene in key areas around the head, is also equipped with a channel system for ideal fresh air circulation.

Its "3D-MaxDry" interior is fully removable, washable, and replaceable. To perfectly integrate with the lower line of the shell, its cheekpads have been redesigned. They offer more volume at the base for greater comfort and reduced aerodynamic noise.
Like its predecessor, the NXR2 benefits from the EQRS (Emergency Quick Release System), which allows emergency responders to quickly remove the helmet in the event of an accident.
