To keep your Shoei JO2 in perfect condition, regularly remove the lining and hand-wash it in lukewarm water with a mild soap. Avoid using a tumble dryer; let the padding air-dry. Clean the exterior with a damp microfiber cloth. If you use a CJ-4 or V-480 visor, clean it only with products suitable for optical lenses.
