Its articulating pivot chin guard reduces wind noise and drag in a slimmer, more compact helmet than the RPHA 90, while remaining approved in both the closed and open positions thanks to its P&J locking system.

Its P.I.M.™ shell – Premium Integrated Matrix, a high-performance material made from epoxy resin-infused fibrous fabrics – is available in four shell sizes for a more refined fit. Its aerodynamic design improves airflow penetration, and the shell has been wind tunnel tested to confirm this performance.

The HJ-37 visor features a Pinlock-ready design – with a 120XLT lens included in the box – filters 99% of UV rays, and has an anti-scratch and anti-fog treatment. The helmet includes a 3-position adjustable DMS sun shield, while the ACS ventilation system distributes air through 4 inlets and 6 outlets. The RPHA 91 remains compatible with the SMART HJC 11B, 21B and 50B 2nd Generation Bluetooth systems, sold separately.

Key Features of the HJC RPHA 91

P.I.M.™ shell – Premium Integrated Matrix: four shell sizes, wind tunnel tested.

Articulating pivot chin guard: reduces wind noise and drag, with a slimmer, more compact profile.

Dual P/J approval: secure locking and unlocking of the chin guard in the open position.

HJ-37 visor: Pinlock-ready (lens included), with an anti-scratch and anti-fog treatment.

3-position adjustable DMS sun shield.

ACS ventilation: 4 air inlets and 6 outlets.

Compatible with SMART HJC 11B, 21B and 50B 2nd Generation Bluetooth (sold separately).

5-year warranty.

Technical Specifications

Helmet type: modular, P/J approved (full face and jet)

Shell material: P.I.M.™ – Premium Integrated Matrix, epoxy resin-infused fibrous fabrics

Number of shell sizes: 4

Chin guard: articulating pivot, P&J locking

Main visor: HJ-37, anti-scratch and anti-fog treatment, 99% UV protection

Pinlock: 120XLT lens included in the box

Design: aerodynamic shell wind tunnel tested

Sun shield: DMS – Dynamic Multi-Step Sunshield, adjustable to 3 positions

Ventilation: ACS – Advanced Channeling Ventilation System, 4 air inlets and 6 outlets

Interior: antibacterial fabric that promotes moisture release and quick drying

Padding: removable, washable cheek pads that are interchangeable across all sizes

Closure: new micrometric buckle

Glasses groove

Intercom: compatible with SMART HJC 11B, 21B and 50B 2nd Generation Bluetooth, sold separately

Included in the box: Pinlock 120XLT lens, chin cover

Sizes: up to 2XL

Weight: approximately 1,650 to 1,750 g depending on size and measurement sources; weight may vary depending on helmet size, to be checked on the official technical sheet

Approval: ECE 22.06, dual P/J approval

Warranty: 5 years

Why Choose the HJC RPHA 91?

The RPHA 91 provides access to the core technology of the RPHA 91 Carbon – articulating pivot chin guard, DMS sun shield, P/J approval – with a P.I.M.™ shell that uses high-performance fibrous fabrics rather than carbon.
